Console access management

Ensure that users in your organisation have appropriate permissions and enable multi-factor authentication.

You need to use Console to set up your integration. For example, you can upload certificates. set redirect and webhook URIs, and more.

However, Console also has functions which are useful for less technical users in your organisation. For example, Console users can use the payments view to see a list of recent payments they can use for reconciliation and customer support.

To ensure that all your users can get the most out of Console, it's important that you manage user permissions appropriately. Learn more about how permissions and roles work in Console.

To make access to Console as secure as possible, we also recommend that you enable multi-factor authentication. This means that users need to use a security key or app as well as their credentials to sign in. Users must use multi-factor authentication in order to issue refunds from the payments view.

Manage Console user permissions

There are 5 roles that members of your app can have, which determine what they can see and do.
