[WooCommerce] Track orders made with TrueLayer

Monitor the status of your orders on the WooCommerce dashboard.

After your customers make payments with TrueLayer, you can track orders using Console or from the WooCommerce Orders dashboard.

Go to My account > Orders to see a record of the payments made to your webshop.

Click an individual order to view its status. Under Payment method, the payment is logged as Instant Bank Transfer. The currency that the payment was made in also displays here.

Possible order statuses in WooCommerce:

  • Pending payment — The customer made the order, but has not paid.
  • Failed — The payment failed or was declined.
  • Processing — The customer has paid and stock has been reduced, but the order has not been shipped.
  • Completed — The order is complete (for example, product has been sent to the customer).
